Heatshrinkable Stress Control Sleeves

In medium-voltage cable preparation, the moment you strip back the metallic screen, you create a "stress point"—a concentrated electrical field that can lead to corona discharge and eventual insulation failure. BRENT Stress Control Sleeves are the invisible workhorses of the power grid, specifically engineered to smooth out these electrical gradients and ensure your terminations last for decades, not days.

When you cut a cable screen, the electrical stress lines bunch up at that sharp edge. Without a control sleeve, the air around that point ionizes, leading to tracking and catastrophic breakdown.
