In the field, downtime is the enemy. When a cable jacket is nicked, abraded, or damaged, you don’t always have the luxury of disconnecting and sliding a standard sleeve over the end. Our Heat-Shrinkable Wraparound Sleeves are engineered for those high-pressure moments—providing a permanent, high-integrity seal that "wraps" around the cable for an instant, heavy-duty repair.

Advantage.

Split-Sleeve Design: The sleeve is supplied as a flat sheet that wraps around the cable. A stainless steel rail-and-channel closure "locks" it in place before shrinking.

Time Savings: Perfect for mid-span repairs on long cable runs or in cramped trenches where disconnecting the cable is impossible or cost-prohibitive.

Integrated Hot-Melt Adhesive: The entire inner surface is coated with a high-performance sealant. As you heat the sleeve, the adhesive melts and flows, creating a 100% moisture-proof, hermetic seal.

Visual Confirmation: The sleeve features a "thermo-chromatic" paint system. As the correct temperature is reached, the dots change color, telling you exactly when the job is done right.

Universal Compatibility: Works seamlessly on XLPE, PILC, and PVC jacketed cables, as well as lead sheaths and steel armoring.

High Shrink Ratio: Easily conforms to transitions, irregular joints, and oversized connectors, ensuring a tight, low-profile fit every time.
